Our direct services focus on project briefing, feasibility coordination, pre-construction coordination and tender support, subject to an agreed appointment and available competence. Architectural design, engineering, surveys and specialist advice are coordinated through appropriately appointed professionals. Construction and statutory dutyholder appointments require separate agreement.
